Training and support

Local Quality Improvement Training invites small teams to take forward an aspect of improvement over a 3 month period.  The training is focused on a coaching model and is grounded in contextual examples with participants empowered and enabled to integrate and apply their learning to take forward improvements in their daily work.

We are continuing to offer a scaffolding support to teams who have undertaken national and local training to support them to consolidate their learning and continue to apply improvement science to multiple improvement projects.
