Session 5 & 6
Sessions 5 & 6 focused on the Child Wellbeing Meeting. The sessions were held 4 weeks apart and separated the ‘Meeting’ into two separate stages; session 5 focused on Assessment and session 6 Focused of Planning.
Focus:
Session 5 – Stage 2 (CWP) Child Wellbeing Meetings (Assessment)
- Discussion based on a range of Single Agency Assessments of Wellbeing & Chronologies
- Agreement about a shared Multi-Agency Assessment of Wellbeing & Chronology
- Decision making about when to initiate a Child’s Plan & identify a Lead Professional
